It all began in Clearwater, Florida in 1983 when a small group of friends from the midwest wanted to create a joint reminiscent of the  local hangouts that reminded them of a more carefree time, an escape from the hustle of the real world. It didn’t take long to catch on.

Soon the flavors that permeated the four walls of the restaurant became some of the most iconic and craveable food sought by young and old alike. It took less than 10 years for the founders of Hooters and Hooters Foods to realize it was time to package their secret ingredients and get them on the grocery shelves to share with the world. An opportunity to bring a little Hooters home didn’t take long to become a reality.

Now available in several major grocery store chains and hundreds of independents across the U.S., Hooters Foods and its products have become a household stable.
